SBPK – Mus. Ms. Lynar B, vol III

The object of the present publication is a collection of ten manuscripts in German organ tablature from the first decades of the 17th century, of diverse size and format, written in different hands, some of which are found in more than one codex of the group. This is one of the most important codices containing compositions by Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck and Heinrich Scheidemann, members of the Düben family and other composers, including anonymous, from the northern European area at the beginning of the 17th century.
