This collection is made up of a second set of pieces for solo organ, and are extracts from the Vingt Mystères du Rosaire [Twenty Mysteries of the Rosary] op. 10, originally for violin, cello, harp and organ.
The majority of the pieces are on quite a large scale. The Pange Lingua is the only short piece in the collection, and sets the hymn melody in its entirety.
The final piece has been well-known for nearly a decade, and has been played all over the world.
