6 variations sur un psaume huguenot, op. 1

The Six Variations on a Huguenot Psalm, Op. 1, were written for the 1974 Composition Competition of the “Amis de l’Orgue,” where they won First Prize. The jury consisted of Tony Aubin, Henry Barraud, Jean Claude Henry, Daniel Lesur, André Marchal, Olivier Messiaen and Henriette Puig Roget. When the present edition was published in 2009 (the previous one dates from 1979) some modifications and clarifications were made, in matters of text and registration.
